We have a 14 day return policy. Items that are sold brand new and factory sealed can not be returned if the factory seal is broken. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is discretionary. Seller will pay return shipping if the error is on the seller's end. We basically try to treat our customers the way that we would want to be treated. Lastly, please note that we try our best to accommodate all requests for changes to an order, but during the textbook rush at the beginning of semesters, it is sometimes all we can do to keep up with orders and emails--even with all of us working 15 hours a day! Therefore, it is not always possible to make changes to an order. We work so hard because we know how important it is to have a textbook for class. We ship every day--sometimes twice. That said, please note that we are not always able to get books to you early. Often we just get them to you right on time and on schedule. Your books should never be late from us. If a book is late, something has happened, and we need to figure out what. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you! **RETURN POLICY** I am happy to accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the item. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS of receipt!!!! This policy is in line with abebooks policy. The reason I have such a strict,14-day policy is because textbooks and codes are one of the fastest depreciating objects on the planet.
